Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this, the order enters the fulfilment stage and cannot be changed.
Damaged/Defective Items
Received a faulty product? Contact us within 30 days with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost. Please note, wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, notify us within 30 days with proof. We’ll ship the correct product promptly.
Non-Receipt of Orders
Haven’t received your item within 30 business days? Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement. We’re not liable for issues related to incorrect addresses or non-availability at delivery.
No Restocking Fees
We don’t impose any restocking fees on returned products.
Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns are your responsibility.
Refunds
Upon inspection of returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank.
Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank and card company first before contacting us.
Customs and Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. We don’t cover these additional charges.
