Typical delivery time frames range from 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), though you may receive your items earlier. Every order comes with a tracking number for real-time monitoring. Please anticipate potential delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
Your Order – What to Expect
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an “Order Confirmation” email, confirming our receipt of your order.
We verify with our suppliers the availability of your order for immediate shipment. Most ready-made kitchen accessories and tools are prepared for prompt shipment. However, custom items may require additional time (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it will be on its way to you (unless it involves special cases, as mentioned above). Tracking information will be sent on the day your order ships to the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping from the Manufacturer
Items labeled “Manufacturer Direct” are shipped from our warehouse and require approximately 5-7 days for manufacturing and shipping.
Upon Receipt of Package
Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the delivered items:
- Check for visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures. Note any damage when signing the delivery receipt.
- Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they are accounted for.
- Report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing us at info@cheapkitchen.net
For concealed damages not visible at the time of delivery, report them immediately via email at info@cheapkitchen.net
